Jos de Bruijne is in the Research and Scientific Support Department at ESTEC, working with the project scientist on various system and payload aspects of Gaia. Since joining the Gaia team in October 2002, he has worked on the on-board timing requirements, on the astrometric, photometric and spectroscopy accuracy model, and is involved in creating a data base of the satellite and payload parameters (the Gaia Parameter Database). Jos is also member of the Calibration Working Group, the Radiation Calibration Working Group, and the Ground Segment System Engineering Working Group. His scientific interests include early-type stars, OB associations, open clusters, the Gould Belt, space astrometry, galactic dynamics, and optical superconducting tunnel junction (STJ) detectors.

Password Synchronization
