ESAC Overview
The European Space Astronomy Centre (ESAC) is ESA centre for space science, which means Astronomy as well as Solar System exploration. It is located in Villanueva de la Cañada, close to Madrid in Spain, and hosts the science operation centres for all ESA astronomy and planetary missions together with their scientific archives.

Access to ESAC
Bus transportation will be provided between the hotel and ESAC the days of the conference. More details will be provided later.

If you prefer to come by your own means, please be aware that ESAC is not easily reachable by public transport. For more information, please refer to the ESAC access web pages.

Arriving in and departing from Madrid
Madrid can be reached by air through Barajas International Airport. Useful references are:
