The registration fee includes:

  • the access to the conference rooms
  • the proceedings of the conference
  • the banquet on Tuesday evening*
  • the coffee breaks and refreshments
  • lunches throughout the period of the meeting, except on Wednesday.

*NB. Additional tickets for accompanying persons will be available at the reception desk.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS           

1.    It is strongly recommended to send your payment prior to arrival. On site registration will be charged with additional fee of 25 Euros.

2.    Registration is considered effective upon confirmation of payment by the conference secretariat and if not cancelled by 31 May 2007.

3.   Cancellation has to be notified by signed letter before 31 May 2007 and sent by postal mail or fax to the conference secretariat. In case of cancellation before 31 May a refund will be paid less 40 Euros for administrative expenses.

4.    No refund will be made after 31 May 2007.

5.    If fee is not reimbursed due to late cancellation, a copy of the conference proceedings will be mailed.

6.    Payment must be made by using one of the options given next page.

Supplementary possibility (please ignore if you do not belong to a French organization):

Purchase order form will be accepted from French organizations.
