HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Early summer is high tourist season in Bordeaux and all the participants are invited to book their rooms as early as possible.

Block bookings have been made in several 2-star, 3-star, and 4-star hotels close to the conference center (see map below). Though the hotels deadlines are now over, rooms can still be booked at a special workshop rate but reservations need to be made urgently because these rooms are no longer specifically reserved for IPPW5.

Special Workshop rates are offered: to ensure the workshop rates, download the reservation form provided below or mention IPPW-5/International Planetary Probe Workshop if calling for reservations.

Three different reservation forms have been elaborated: A for hotels from Accor Group (Mercure, Novotel, Ibis), B for Burdigala Hotel, C for Citotel le Chantry.

They must be returned by mail or fax to the selected hotel once completed: all coordinates are indicated on the forms. Links to hotel websites, and reservation form downloads are indicated below.

H2 H3 and H4 : Rooms available (but number decreasing rapidly)

H5 : Last rooms available
